My return will cost $50. A TOTAL scam! Don't buy any products from PCNation unless you are 100% certain you want their product. Better yet, due to their poor customer service, don't buy anything from them and instead go with a reliable, customer service-oriented business all together.	Overall Rating

I was not allowed to alter this with the shipper directly. Extremely frustrating as I have a job and cannot sit at home waiting for an item to be delivered. I needed it quickly, so I paid a premium. I received a confirmation email that my order was received (and my credit card charged), and that was it. 8 days later, no product, so I call and they tell me that "unfortunately, this item was oversold and is on back-order, THEY won't receive it for another week! I went on the PCNation website and they have a no price match policy and a return policy that states that if the price drops, they refund your money at the new lower price. Very deceptive and unfair.
