Western Digital My book 500 gb external hard driveStrengths: Easy installation, worked with vista, good features, attractive appearance Weakness: no one touch automatic backup, slow first time backup Western Digital My Book 500gb external hard drive has many office features that are appealing to me. I liked the sleek design. It installed perfectly without any error messages like the Maxtor One Touch that I previously purchased, which I refunded at the store.
